About the job: The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Project Manager, will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. They will be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available on-site. You will liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals. Responsibilities and Duties: Review, interpret, and comment on the terms and conditions
of tool hook up project contracts. Assisting project managers with various steps of the construction projects, from timelines to budgets, and tracking.
Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for the service. Including materials, equipment, manpower and more. Coordinate materials and equipment specifications, quantity and quality as project needs. backss and evaluate contractors` proposal, scope of work and quotation as per drawing. Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient. Support project manager for work report, quality inspection reports and project budget. Qualifications: Semiconductor tool hookup, tool vendor experience, or construction management experience.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and time management skills. Attention to detail, organization, and a desire for continuous improvement. Good teamwork and problem-solving skills. Required: Must have the ability to work under their own direction or as part of a team. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and by written means and contribute to team-based forums and meetings. Responsibilities: Experience in working with inventory software and being able to maintain accurate inventory records in the system. Assist in the shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing
supplies, materials, products, and sales/purchasing order creation. Perform inventory investigation for damages and conformity to purchase order specifications and packing slips; notify supervisors regarding shortages, damaged goods, or other discrepancies.
Assist Project Manager in preparing reports, collecting paperwork, and coordinating between maintenance and construction employees as needed. Work on Internal reporting to track project time and hours spent. Complete receiving, discrepancy, and follow-up reports on inventory. Along with techs, maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe, and hazard-free manner. Report any safety concerns or hazards to management in a timely manner.
Recommend and, upon approval, implement proper storage, inventory, and warehousing procedures and improvements in warehouse efficiency and maximum space utilization.
Responsible for Bill of Materials & Kitting materials per a Work Order System- training will be provided. Responsible for cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy in the Inventory Management System. Maintaining accurate files, paperwork, data entry, and processing. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
One or more years of experience in the warehouse process. Understanding of inventory management and warehouse functions. WMS and Barcode Scanner experience preferred. Strong Proficiency in Excel and Computer Savvy. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
