About the job: The Project Coordinator, reporting to the Project Manager, will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. They will be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available on-site. You will liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals. of tool hook up project contracts. Assisting project managers with various steps of the construction projects, from timelines to budgets, and tracking.
Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for the service. Including materials, equipment, manpower and more. Coordinate materials and equipment specifications, quantity and quality as project needs. backss and evaluate contractors` proposal, scope of work and quotation as per drawing. Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient. Support project manager for work report, quality inspection reports and project budget. Qualifications: Semiconductor tool hookup, tool vendor experience, or construction management experience.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, and time management skills. Attention to detail, organization, and a desire for continuous improvement. Good teamwork and problem-solving skills. Required: Must have the ability to work under their own direction or as part of a team.
