Position Responsibilities: Executing all Onboarding tasks for new clients.
The most task is gathering information about the IT systems of each client and documenting it so we can provide support. Other onboarding tasks will include deploying monitoring agents and security services to endpoints, deploying firewalls, switches, and access points, setting up content filtering, spam filtering, migrating domain and DNS control, M365 MFA setup, and creating
all documentation for the new client. Deploying Vo IP Systems including number porting, building call trees, programming, and deploying phones, matching existing setups, programming and deploying communications interface hardware such as ATAs and paging systems, working with alarm vendors, and training clients on the Executech Vo IP solution.
Assisting with various tasks on all the projects taken on by the Executech Professional Services department. Assisting in scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects. Assisting as a floater in other areas of the business as needed. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and
requirements and represent them in the field. Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project team members. Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels. Build specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals. Build specific knowledge of IT Project tools and contribute to effective use of said tools. Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities. Entering time and expenses in ticketing system daily. Work through a daily schedule in ticketing system that has been established through the dispatch process.
