This position is remote and can reside anywhere in the contiguous United States. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop custom Yardi reports including, but not limited to, YSR Reports and SQL scripts and SSRS reports. Prepare development specifications and proposals. Define and document data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces
with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs.
Recommend custom solutions to meet Yardi reporting needs. Execute project plans within time and budget constraints. Provide technical guidance and development support regarding Yardi Voyager software functionality. Understand and discuss the value of the solutions being implemented. Manage multiple development projects simultaneously according to the project plans. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, software partners, and clients. Continuously seek growth opportunities to maintain advanced knowledge related to systems and technologies that affect our clients.
Participate in work groups that support internal strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities to create efficiencies and design scalable processes and solutions.
