Responsibilities included but are not limited to: Prepare, install, and configure software & hardware for deployment Onboard and train
new users for newly deployed software and hardware Perform remote troubleshooting over the phone and through remote control tools Identify and analyze issues for software and/or hardware Partner with the Operations and Sales departments to provide the best solution for POS inquiries Collect feedback from end-users and work with the Development team for future product improvement Assist in inventory tracking and management Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and equipment connectivity Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent and adaptable communication skills Bilingual in Chinese Previous POS support related experience is a plus Benefits: We offer medical,
