Manages his clients actively in the CRM systems. • Compiles reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for cluster management and stakeholders. • Addressing and resolving key clients’ concerns and complaints. • Coordinates pre-sales and post-sales follow-up, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

Additional Information Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field and 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. With a deep technical understanding of PAS portfolio of automation solutions and services. • Proven experience in key account management in related Life Science Industry and/or adjacent business field and industries. • Proven negotiation and leadership skills.
