Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, finance or related field Equivalent of 5+ years' experience in a commercial Lending capacity Able to handle the technology and banking software utilized by the bank Willing to work traditional hours; however, business development may require some evening and weekend events. Possess strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently, attention
