Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our B2 B sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our growth in the dietary supplement market.
Key Responsibilities: Engage in both inbound and outbound calling to existing B2 B customers. Handle customer service for our e-commerce customers with excellence. Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills. Collaborate effectively with marketing and product development
teams. Address customer issues with effective problem-solving skills. Stay adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Learn and understand our product lines and market to better serve our customers.
