Uses equipment such as grinder, belt sander, drill press, magnifying glass (microscope), ohm meter, epoxy machine, ovens, sonic machine, test rigs, fixtures and gauges, and hydraulic press. One year of Composite Operator/technician experience Must be able to read, speak and write in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to do simple math. OT/weekend hours may be required Must be able to adjust to changing demands of the workload and maintain integrity. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Safety is a core value at ITT.
