The Dashboard Solution Training Team is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating

Successful execution of this training program requires strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies, training implementation and facilitation best practices, expert knowledge of common cybersecurity threats, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners. This team is expected to work closely with and develop strong working relationships with government and agency specific stakeholders. Ensure alignment with instructional design best practices, adult learning theories, and industry standards. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to instructional design quality. Generate regular reports on QA findings, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Documentation and Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized QA documentation and checklists. Work with Dashboard Solutions training team to ensure adherence to established standards and best practices. Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to instructional design teams on QA processes, standards, and best practices. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in instructional design to enhance QA methodologies. Basic Qualifications: A bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field A minimum of (3) three years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on quality assurance.
In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and industry standards. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
