Northridge Hospital Medical Center REGISTERED NURSE - NICU We are offering a Sign on Bonus The NICU now occupies level 5 of the F-Tower for a total of 9000 square feet, compared to about 4500 square feet in the previous unit. After rebuilding the new NICU Unit, several improvements were made to make the Unit more conducive to privacy as well as individual space. The new NICU Unit contains a total of 17 beds. These beds are grouped into two pods of four beds each, seven individual NICU rooms, and two isolation
rooms. Each individual NICU room estimates between 150-190 square feet.
The NICU was also renovated to meet the current CCS & Title 22 requirements for Intensive and Intermediate NICU bed space. The NICU unit at Northridge Hospital Medical Center is actively seeking individuals who demonstrate patient care excellence. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU unit that provides professional nursing care to patients of all ages in accordance with individual needs, physician based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice.
