Essential Functions: Process Winchester product service inquiries with consumers and trade partners for ammunition non-conformances.
Daily monitoring and processing of online product support inquiries. Issue standard or customized letters to customer complaints or inquiries. Determine appropriate actions for customer relations credit when nonconforming products are returned. Coordinate implementation of product returns as required, both domestic and international.
Coordinate implementation of product recalls as required. Extensive communication with customers in all trade channels. Represent the company at various industry events as required.
Provide weekly/monthly reports as required. Assist/Cross-train as required to support Product Management, Consumer Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Marketing Research departments. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degreerequired; Business or Communication preferred. Degree must be completed by December 31, 2023. This person will lead the development of strategy behind the assortment and website experience as well as promotional campaigns, analyzing customer behavior and identifying areas for improvement, while working closely with the marketing, product development, and design teams to execute changes. Responsibilities: Develop and execute
DTC revenue growth strategy. Partner with leadership, marketing team, IT, operations, and product managers to deliver overall DTC revenue and growth strategy. Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment operations to ensure satisfactory supply chain execution (internal or 3PL) Manage the day-to-day operations of ordering, inventory management, delivery and returns to ensure optimal performance.
Build out systems responsibilities to ensure the end-to-end web user experience is seamless and easy to navigate. Manage the for the overall financial performance of the business as well as handling P&L responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing or Computer Science. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in the direct-to-consumer space. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, website optimization techniques, and data analysis. Experience with web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
