JOB PURPOSE: The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e Commerce, Manager is focusing on developing revenue growth strategy, leading the optimization and build out of our DTC website(s) and improving the overall customer experience.
This person will lead the development of strategy behind the assortment and website experience as well as promotional campaigns, analyzing customer behavior and identifying areas for improvement, while working closely with the marketing, product development, and design teams to execute changes. Responsibilities: Develop and execute
DTC revenue growth strategy. Partner with leadership, marketing team, IT, operations, and product managers to deliver overall DTC revenue and growth strategy. Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment operations to ensure satisfactory supply chain execution (internal or 3PL) Manage the day-to-day operations of ordering, inventory management, delivery and returns to ensure optimal performance.
Build out systems responsibilities to ensure the end-to-end web user experience is seamless and easy to navigate. Collaborate with the development and design team and IT to execute website changes and ensure they align with the overall strategy. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, such as
product managers and marketing teams, to ensure conversion optimization efforts align with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as conversion and bounce rates, to measure the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts. Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and user testing, to gather insights on customer needs and preferences. Monitor and analyze customer behavior on the website, using tools such as Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement. Lead A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize website design and functionality. Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce CX and CRO management.
Manage the for the overall financial performance of the business as well as handling P&L responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing or Computer Science. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in the direct-to-consumer space. Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, website optimization techniques, and data analysis. Experience with web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
