The ideal R&D Design Engineer I candidate will have: B. S. Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from a four year college or technical school or equivalent combination of experience or related education. Over 5 years related experience and/or training is required. Proficient with 3D modeling in CAD System (Solid Works is preferred) Proficient with GD&T Self-motivated team player with strong desire to learn and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently and with minimal guidance Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Project management experience on large scale projects is a plus.
Design experience for plastic injection molded parts and assemblies a plus.
