Responsibilities to Anticipate (include but are not limited to): Propose solution to support a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Bid for all phases of programs from inception through delivery and post-delivery support Manage a small group multi-disciplinary employees to develop cost estimate to cover technical design, procurement, assembly, integration and validation. ). Presentation experience to executive and/or functional leadership analytic and program performance results for Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering programs.
