Duties include calling tow yards to secure needed documentation, data entry to key tow bills into our system, arranging for payment, and negotiating expenses and charges.
Essential Functions 50% Communicating with towing and storage providers and with customers to ensure that the moving and storage of our customers' assets, the charges and invoices for services rendered, and required documentation are accurate, compliant, and cost-effective. 20% Researching (relevant legal, industry, and competitor information), collecting, and organizing the required information and supporting documentation to prepare for and conduct negotiations and disputes with towing service providers. 30% Managing, monitoring, and overseeing the RTS process and supporting documentation, forms, and files.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Collecting the proper information and documentation from tow operators and owners. Reviewing, auditing, and confirming services and charges (negotiating and disputing charges if/when necessary). Arranging low-cost storage, collecting payments, and paying charges for salvage services. Performing and managing the administrative process, and duties related to the role and services provided. Communicating and liaising with clients, tow operators, storage facilities, and other 3rd parties.
