The Main Responsibilities Your focus will be on 911 services, experience in 911 and wireless networks is not required but is advantageous. Ideally, you will have a general knowledge of 911 Customer Premises Equipment and network integration. Develop and enhance processes. Troubleshoot, resolve persistent issues and conduct root cause failure analyses for the 911 network. Planned maintenance coordination impacting 911 services.

What We Look For in a Candidate Prefer experience in VOIP, Digital, Analog, and Wireless networks in identifying and resolving telecom/network outages. Proficiency in PC skills and network configuration.
Skilled in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting. Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with test and informational systems.
