The Main Responsibilities Your focus will be on 911 services, experience in 911 and wireless networks is not required but is advantageous. Ideally, you will have a general knowledge of 911 Customer Premises Equipment and network integration. Develop and enhance processes. What We Look For in a Candidate Prefer experience in VOIP, Digital, Analog, and Wireless networks in identifying and resolving telecom/network outages. Proficiency in PC skills and network configuration.
Skilled in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting. Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with test and informational systems.
