Extensive tool crib experience will be considered in place of supervisory or management experience. Previous experience working within a production/manufacturing setting is preferred. Additional Knowledge & Skills: Thorough understanding of sourcing/supply strategies, materials requirements planning and other replenishment planning techniques. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and to build business relationships. Ability to represent the company with suppliers in a business-like, professional manner. Must be able to build and sustain relationships. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes and component applications, statistical process controls and other quality management techniques. Knowledge of basic Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T) principles. Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.
