Ensures that at the end of each shift, the tie-out process is complete, and all issues have been resolved to enable cost accounting, this includes proper labor coding for employees. Develops daily schedule for employees. Notifies department manager and/or upper management of safety and quality issues. REQUIREMENTS 4 years' experience working in a manufacturing or similar setting. 2 or more years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or similar setting.
