to keep up to date on medical school application and admission practices, regulations, and trends Work with the Director of Admissions on strategizing and implementing admission process enhancements with respect to increasing applicant pools and potential future class size increases Support Applicant and Stakeholder Engagement, Marketing and Communications, Pathway Programs, Recruitment and Events Provide coordination support such as setting up registrations in Slate and working with the Office of Communications to send out electronic invitations for events, (on and off campus, in-person and virtual) to meet established recruitment and enrollment goals Assist with technology and logistics for student-run recruitment events Aid with technology needs and trainings during committee meetings and the Multiple Mini Interview process Assist applicants with application inquiries Collaborate with and assist the Program Manager - Pathway Programs on Pathway Program related activities as needed Participate in Admissions Recruitment activities such as virtual or in-person yield and recruitment events as needed.
Perform other duties as required. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience 3+ years’ higher education admissions operations or related experience Familiarity with development and implementation of higher education recruitment strategies and a strong understanding of enrollment management processes Strong data analysis, data management and data reporting skills Ability to implement process improvement strategies for continuous process enhancements In-depth knowledge of/experience with various technological platforms; People Soft, EPi Server, Hootsuite, Sales Force, Slate etc.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to pivot with changing priorities Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with external constituents, fellow staff, and differing levels of administrators Ability and willingness to work hours outside normal business on occasion PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree preferred.
