Experience above is the following: - Digital design using Verilog or System Verilog. - Performing Pre-Silicon Logic Validation at Unit level or Integration level. - Experience with OVM/UVM test benches and verification concepts. - Object Oriented Programing (OOP) in any programing language, preferably in System Verilog. - System Verilog Assertions (SVA), their creation and application in closing validation coverage. - Coverage-based verification and how to leverage for efficient validation closure. Preferred Qualifications:6+ months of experience in the following: - Analog circuits and their interaction with digital systems.
- Experience in the Unified Power Format (UPF) specification. - Scripting and automation with languages such as Perl or Python. You will analyze fault grade models of microprocessors for functional coverage gaps, work with the design RTL, micro-architecture specifications, and designers to intricately understand the details of the design in order to develop test strategies for low coverage logic.
You will write and debug assembly level functional tests to ensure high test coverage of Intel's microprocessors and prevent silicon defects from reaching our customers and help design new DFT features to enhance functional testability of Intel microprocessors.
