of the following skills: (1) Researching new energy efficiency technologies and evaluating effectiveness in the context of existing systems; (2) Program development of new energy efficiency technologies; (3) Analysis and development of energy efficiency improvements; (4) Technical support in energy efficiency for key internal and external stakeholders; and (5) Development and delivery of energy-efficiency programs.
