This is complex professional work requiring extensive knowledge of the Reemployment Assistance Law, regulations, policies and procedures; the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and direct work assignments, and work cooperatively with others. This position directs and administers highly technical Reemployment Assistance program functions. The performance of these functions and their coordination is centralized for consistency and efficiency of operations. Coordinates unit responses to a large volume of claimant inquiries relating to eligibility for Reemployment Assistance. Provides guidance to management on the development of initiatives related to the provision of Reemployment Assistance Program service. This position is supervised by the Executive Community Health Nursing Director, School Health Services Program Administrator and is responsible for assisting with the Administration of Florida Department of Health School Health Services Program. The primary duties of this position include: Ability and willingness

Function as a state liaison for county-level School Health programs with a caseload of no less than 20 counties. Providing related technical assistance to Regional and HQ SAMH staff, Managing Entities, as well as relevant stakeholders, professional organizations, and other state agencies as it relates to Behavioral Health Consultants and other activities or initiatives related to integration. Review and approve related contract deliverables. Working collaboratively with staff from multiple programs and component areas such as the Office of Child and Family Wellbeing, Research, Epidemiologists, Prevention and State Opioid Response grant staff, as well as staff involved in other special projects.
Conducting outreach and providing technical assistance in the assigned areas. Identifying and resolving challenges related to programs in the assigned areas. Compile data and draft reports to be submitted to leadership. Hold regularly scheduled calls for organizations implementing programs in the assigned areas.
