This position will be located in our Corporate/Chief Information Office at Linthicum, MD. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Engineering Environment Development & Support (EEDS) Simulation and Analysis team. This group provides coast to coast support to engineering and manufacturing organizations within all sectors of Northrop Grumman. Responsibilities include: Provide exemplary customer service via Service Now Help Desk tickets for the DOORS application and other Engineering Tools Learn and implement DXL (DOORS e Xtension Language) code to provide novel solutions to complex problems Engage with user base to determine areas for improvement and customer needs Apply engineering techniques and analytical methods to make recommendations for technical and process improvements Support multiple projects concurrently based on priority and criticality Create documentation to support best practices for the user base Basic Qualifications A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria.
