• Handle all tasks for new initial consultations. • Prepare files for new clients by creating physical and electronic files. • Serve as a notary or witness, as needed for appointments.
• Perform general operational tasks including but not limited to, copying, scanning, mailing and postage, assisting drop-in clients, filing paperwork, handling voice mail messages, etc. • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by responding promptly to all client calls, questions, or inquiries.
