cycle times, scrap, quality, and material cost reduction. Develops plans for injection molding process improvement and will have specific areas of accountability in its execution. Provides support on new product launch tooling, providing the manufacturing input for development of new process and improvements to existing processes and tooling.

Have working knowledge of tooling and the requirements of a successful tool/process combination; expected to understand the YFAI tool prove out process. Work with cross functional team members to identify capital improvement opportunities and develop justification; when applicable the PE will need to write an appropriation's request, follow the request through the approval process, and help the plant implement.
