Examine and appropriately interpret policies, forms, and other records to determine coverage and extent of company's exposure or liability. Assign, direct, and monitor vendors conducting mitigation and/or other services during the adjustment process. Model ethical behavior and execute job responsibilities in accordance with Slide's core values, ethics, and information protection policies. Document all relevant information in the electronic claims management system. Contribute to the business production goals and objectives. Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in insurance/reinsurance industry. Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) required Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) a plus Knowledge of contract law, contract provisions, reinsurance concepts and principles, basic regulatory controls, and general business trends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) required. Strong verbal and writing skills for complex communications (presentations, negotiations, etc. ) with clients, markets, and GC colleagues at all levels.
