This position is an entry level support position with the ability to grow. You will learn new skills while growing your existing skills on live systems. Travel as required. Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience in an IT field is required · Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field is preferred Experience · Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) · 1-3 years IT Support/Help Desk experience preferred Skills · Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications · Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN configurations · Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT related issues · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Demonstrated ability and commitment to a high level of customer service and issue resolution · Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to prioritize work effectively, and manage multiple tasks
