Champion and advocate for system resiliency by adapting to new specifications and engineering solutions to address customer pain points. Ownership of cloud system health issues and actively driving them towards resolution to ensure readiness for key milestones. Consult with analysts, engineers, developers and others to understand and explain system limitations, capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Collaborate

Deliver root cause analysis (RCA) to understand and prevent future issues Cloud Support Responsibilities: Manage subscriptions and governance Configure Azure policies Apply and manage tags on resources Manage resource groups, Subscriptions, and Management Groups Cost tracking and management Azure monitoring, and support: Monitor hundreds of resources at scale across multiple environments Work with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights Troubleshoot complex workflows with multiple steps Work with vendors as needed to assist with the creation of different environments Monitoring of multiple Virtual Machines for performance and availability in real-time.
