Including being responsible for auditing the eligibility additions, terminations, changes made to members' accounts, cobra payments, and letters.
Tracking the accuracy of those audits you handle. Alerting your Team Leader to any concerns or issues that you may see when auditing the Eligibility and COBRA audits and helping cover the other auditors' workload as needed. This person must work inside our office. As with any other job, there may be other tasks assigned as necessary.
