This role also carries dealer sales support responsibilities to our world class dealer network and export distributors. Key responsibilities include management of the entire life cycle of the vehicle from order placement to customer delivery to ensure customer commitments and expectations are met. Daily communication with our OEM's related to production levels, order changes and deliveries to
ensure smooth sales operations and process improvements. The ideal candidate is customer driven and has the ability to quickly build and maintain relationships.
This role requires intellectual curiosity, keen eye for process improvement as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Analyze product cost and list pricing tables within SAP to ensure pricing integrity Examine customer facing price books Facilitate the product development/launch process Resolve SAP and business process issues reported by operations Conduct periodic pricing system audits as necessary Investigate activities to improve design and efficiencies of pricing functions Prepare recommendations
of strategic pricing requests Ability to understand, validate, and rationalize business needs within the environment Serves as liaison between the dealer and various internal departments Manages entire life cycle of the vehicle order from order placement to customer delivery Creates purchase orders, maintains records, prepares reports and performs work assignments and related administrative duties Resolves customer requests, questions and issues timely Manages new forklift specification changes Investigation and processing of credits/debits Verifies OEM order acknowledgments for accuracy and resolves any conflicts Analyzes Mis-built claim requests and submits to Quality Assurance team Establishes and maintains department data or databases Maintains Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that are set for team Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner Additional duties as assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree required, relevant business field preferred1 - 3 years related experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong business/statistics/economics/finance background Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills --- ability to present and justify conclusions to a diverse set of audiences High proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)Knowledge working with SAP Preferred Knowledge of the Material Handling industry preferred Previous experience with incentives or pricing a plus Physical Requirements / Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
