support and engineering contact for our cloud experience through maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring. This position collaborates with IT Infrastructure as well as external support and supplier teams. In addition, this position will work with internal system and technical engineers to ensure the cloud environment meets the organizations goals.

Working with all stakeholders to understand the needs is a key function of this position. The Cloud Engineer will oversee several environments for the organization and coordinate closely with the senior architects on future enhancements. The position will become a part of cross-functional teams and have ownership for communication between

multiple system and technical teams. Essential Position Duties: System Governance and Support Work with cross functional teams to understand and support their key solutions, workloads, and priorities through engagement on trend analysis and proactive monitoring.

Champion and advocate for system resiliency by adapting to new specifications and engineering solutions to address customer pain points. Ownership of cloud system health issues and actively driving them towards resolution to ensure readiness for key milestones. Consult with analysts, engineers, developers and others to understand and explain system limitations, capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Collaborate

with teams of people from various backgrounds and skill levels. Deliver root cause analysis (RCA) to understand and prevent future issues Cloud Support Responsibilities: Manage subscriptions and governance Configure Azure policies Apply and manage tags on resources Manage resource groups, Subscriptions, and Management Groups Cost tracking and management Azure monitoring, and support: Monitor hundreds of resources at scale across multiple environments Work with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights Troubleshoot complex workflows with multiple steps Work with vendors as needed to assist with the creation of different environments Monitoring of multiple Virtual Machines for performance and availability in real-time.

Manage Azure Active Directory objects Users and groups Guest accounts Provide access to Azure resources by assigning roles at different scopes Azure Networking, Application Gateway and Firewall management, monitoring, and support: Rule creation Backend pool health monitoring Monitoring traffic flow Additional duties as assigned Education & Experience: Required Education BS higher with 0-4 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent with experience with Azure cloud. Preferred Experience with: Security with Defender and Azure Sentinel Azure Components Logic Apps Function Apps Application Gateways Log Analytics APIMData Security, Performance Optimization, Cloud Automation Preferred Knowledge: Power Shell Azure CLIExtremely strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
