Facility Manager for inventory requirements•Repair and over upkeep of entire facility when needed•Ensure operation and maintenance of all light fixtures and controllers•Ensure operation and maintenance of all air handler units: controllers, filters, drain lines•Ensure operation and maintenance of all HAF fans and controllers•Ensure operation and maintenance of all CO2 Burners and controllers•Ensure the function and maintenance of all rolling benches•Ensure the operation and maintenance of all drain lines, trenches, and plumbing•Complete all maintenance logs, cleaning logs, machinery maintenance logs, or any other logs completed in the facility•Work with State auditors & inspectors to ensure the facility is compliant with all equipment and maintenance•Work with tradesmen and contractors to ensure the facility is operational with all equipment and maintenance•Assist the Facility General Manager with any other facility needs•Check with the Cultivation Manager every day before leaving the facility•This role requires spending a good portion of their time doing physical labor in controlled environments where it can be very hot and humid and very cold Qualifications : Extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building structures Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities Excellent communication skills Takes initiative in completing assigned tasks Experience working within a regulated industry Experience working in controlled environments on 20 ft ladder Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage will be paid for travel) Must be at least 21 years of age Maintenance: 3 years (Required) HVAC: 3 years (desired) Plumbing: 3 years (desired) Electrical: 3 years (desired)
