Duties and Responsibilities Primary Accountabilities and tasks: Complete assigned work for facility maintenance including work order tickets issued by supervisor(s) and requests made verbally by Senior Management, Practice Administrators, and Leads.
All work requests must be entered into the service ticket program. Repair specialized equipment and facilities such as but not limited to basic HVAC, mechanical plumbing including clearing plumbing line blockages, electrical, carpentry, etc. This work must be completed in accordance with acceptable trade and industry standards and procedures. Meet with vendors responsible for emergency management and fire safety inspections annually, as well as generators and HVAC equipment quarterly or with service calls on scheduled or unscheduled days of inspections/repair work. Occasionally assist with courier functions when courier is absent or additional support is needed. Serve as backup driver for mobile health unit [recreational vehicle]. Training will be provided.
