Communication skills in technical writing and public speaking with technical and nontechnical audiences such as local governments, private consulting firms, and the public. Computer skills to be proficient in using our SAP Financial Management and STa RS Project Management system. Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. Management Prefers Candidates registered as a Professional Engineer by the NC State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
