and do some minor troubleshooting. The position will be asked to perform preventive maintenance activities on critical systems along with other tasks related to the upkeep and operation of the sites.
You will operate and maintain heating and cooling systems activities to include; clean and replace HVAC system filters along with troubleshooting and repairs, performs other routine preventive maintenance and repairs on building equipment and grounds as needed and assigned to keep the equipment running. You will assist in maintaining inspection logs and ticket history of equipment by working within our designated software platform to close out tickets as they are completed, perform repair on electrical components such as light switches, fixtures, and ballasts; replaces lamps in interior and exterior light fixtures.
You will perform repair of plumbing fixtures including sinks, faucets, toilets, and lawn sprinkler systems, perform building inspections and maintain a maintenance history of all sites in assigned portfolio in accordance with set standards and guidelines as designated by business unit. You will perform seat validation activities related to keeping platform accurate quarterly or as assigned, perform minor construction activities, including furniture system changes, and repair, rehanging doors, repairing drywall, and minor painting.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of 1-year technical school or 5-7 years of experience working in building maintenance or a mechanical trade or equivalent combination of education and experience.
