Assists with tracking inventory levels of equipment and software; updates and maintains records such as, but not limited to, business continuity procedures, hardware and software refresh cycles and annual renewals. Assists with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations desk phones and/or other related equipment and devices. Provides on-site support for 3rd party vendors to assist with troubleshooting, updates, and new services. Maintains
currency of knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and/or systems.
Create/maintain documentation of instructions and processes as they pertain to IT Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Education/Experience: Associate degree in related field AND 2 years of related experience in defined function in comparable environment OR 4 years of related experience in defined function in comparable environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs required. Preferred Education/Experience: Comp TIA A+ or Net+ Bachelor's degree in related field with 2+ years of experience in defined function OR 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in defined function.
