Key Responsibilities Work within an interdisciplinary team of computational biologists, data scientists, molecular biologists, software engineers, and scientific leaders focused on developing diagnostic products using massively parallel sequencing of DNA or RNA from liquid biopsy samples. Lead development of algorithms and
new computational methods with a focus on cancer detection, response monitoring, detection of minimal residual disease, and related applications. Enhance and optimize existing methods, improving assay capabilities and technical robustness.
Build methods and tools to analyze large genomic datasets with machine learning techniques on cloud computing platforms. Perform or oversee collaborative software development and validation efforts.
