will be responsible for supervising 5-10 Level 1 and at times some Level 2 Coordinators within the ITRS support team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met across all ITRS related applications at our retail locations and customer service expectations are constantly achieved.
Regular tasks include: Determine the root cause of support issues to drive systematic and document changes to reduce or eliminate these issues and tickets Coaches and mentors newer team members to help drive their growth and productivity, recommends corrective action when appropriate Sets goals for the team members and completes timely performance appraisals Analyze issues and recommend improvements,
corrective measures, or contingency plans Manage staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across all supported hours as well as on-call rotation. Supervises and coordinates training program and schedule for Level 1 coordinators.
Hold regular one on one meetings with team to review development progress, address any questions, and build team development. Works with ITRS Support Manager to ensure the tickets are being properly managed and worked in a timely manner. Qualifications: Educational background typically attained through an associate degree in Information Technology or other related equivalent training/experience (4-6 years) Successful candidates should possess and demonstrate
the following: Skilled in oral communication and technical documentation Skilled in management, delegation and problem solving Strong scheduling skills Ability to oversee a large number of projects and resources to meet project deadlines and support Kwik Trip’s retail stores and profitability Ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of supervisory and HR practices Knowledge of project management principles and practices to successfully manage associates and schedule support team efforts Knowledge of PC and Apple O/S devices Knowledge of reporting and analytics Even Better if you have: Knowledge of Service Now or other support software Knowledge of database management or reporting systems Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
