The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 9+ Years relevant professional experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree; OR 7 Years of relevant experience with Masters; OR 4 Years of relevant experience with Ph D. Active Secret Clearance (awarded within the past 6 years) with ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance U. S. Citizenship eligible for Special Access Program Clearance Experience in developing and/or implementing Mission Assurance or Quality Assurance plans.
Experience in quality management systems to support program processes, audits, and/or improvement Preferred Qualifications: Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. Experience with Mission Assurance Engineering and Quality Engineering practices Experience in Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design, construction, or sustainment Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for overall program and segments. Leadership experience within manufacturing and engineering environments Previous technical experience with ICBM Salary Range: $112,000 - $168,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
