and Lorain County Coordinator is a trained Effective Leadership Academy (ELA) team member whose primary function is to facilitate all ELA programs. In addition, to program facilitation, this role will also take the lead in managing and expanding client relationships with existing partner schools and organizations and building partnerships with the remaining districts within Lorain County.
EXPECTATIONS : Responsible for delivery and facilitation all of ELA programs; Club Lead, Camp, Chamber programs, Conference programs and Teacher PD, LEADS, and Transitions , delivered both in-person and virtually online. This is a mixed job, designed specifically for smaller NAF activities that required flexibility in employee work assignments. May be assigned to other activities based on mission requirements. These are Flexible on call positions and employees may work up to 40 hours per week but is based on peak seasons and mission requirements.
