We provide services to a town of approximately 5000 residents and see thousands of visitors each week from our two exits off of interstate 85 and from US 58. We offer a starting salary of $46,000 per year for certified officers. We offer negotiated salaries depending on years of service and qualification for Virginia road certified law enforcement officers. Our field officers
work twelve-hour shifts with every other weekend off. We have opportunities for overtime work, and court overtime.
