Accountable for maintaining and balancing proper cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.

WHAT IT'S LIKE: The Enterprise Event Management team is responsible for designing and implementing solutions for how T-Mobile monitors our telecom network and infrastructure. We design the flow of alarms from the equipment into our systems and develop alarming to create meaningful, enriched and correlate alarms to be sent to T-Mobile's Network Operations Center (NOC) to be worked. Developing the correct actionable alarming to keep T-Mobile's telecom network and infrastructure running is extremely important. Work with
a team of engineers to design monitoring solutions for T-Moible's telecom network (cell sites, core network) and infrastructure (servers, routes, switches).
The team currently employees IBM AIOPS and Open Text Operations Bridge. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Intern will join the team's daily standup meeting to discuss priorities and issues Intern will be responsible for working with our engineering teams to develop monotiring solutions using AIOPS or Operations Bridge for new equipment types being used by T-Mobile for our Infrastructure and Telecom tern will be involved in helping us explore the use of AI and ML to improve the way we detect faults in our Network. Interm will be involved in helping us move from fault monitoring to observability.
