Qualifications and Skills Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. An Associate’s Degree is preferred but not required. Experience: At least 5 years of full-time administrative assistant related work experience is required. Previous construction industry experience is preferred but not required. Computer Skills: Accurate typing skills and proficient in using database, email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications: specifically, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows); willing to learn new software applications.
