Graduate of an accredited course of study and clinical experience approved by the State Board of Licensure. Current license as a licensed practical nurse in the state of WV and eligible for license in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Computer skills preferred in order to provide documentation, write
reports, and respond to correspondence, as required. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, patients families, and the public.
Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Able to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms. Current certification in CPR. Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and willingness to drive in inclement weather required. Must be able to clear criminal background check. One year medical/surgical nursing experience.
