Good knowledge of date codes, and appropriate locations for Pallet tickets Knowledge of product grade limits, and steps taken to correct out of spec product Familiarity with chemicals used in the cleaning and sanitizing process. Knowledge of emergency procedures, including machine shut-down, employee evacuation procedures, and contacts for crisis or medical / first aide. Keep Agglomerate lead and Packaging Manager informed of progress and/or problems. Completes other duties as necessary.
