Pay Range: $63,000 - $70,000 DOE Responsibilities: Ensure the safety, compliance, and adherence to best practices in maintenance Manage a team of staff members, providing training and direction Coordinate with the Events Coordinator for event setup and breakdown Oversee the daily upkeep of the property and its appearance Handle maintenance tasks including minor repairs in carpentry, plumbing, and painting Be the point of contact for outsourced maintenance projects Participate in staffing and training
