In this position, you will need: To be able to use basic electrical troubleshooting and repair in a fast-paced manufacturing environment To work with voltages up to 480 vac To have a working knowledge of PLCs To know how to Install and troubleshoot relay and PLC-controlled equipment To work with AC/DC motors and drives To be knowledgeable in the areas of preventative maintenance and machine operation Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial maintenance setting Must be proficient in repairs of Control Systems, PLCs (including online programs and ladder logic code), and AC/DC Drives Prior experience working with motors, transformers, control systems, and power distribution.
Need to have own tools required for the job. Must be able to read blueprints, understand tolerances and measurements and work with standard and metric sizes.

Specifications (WPS) and blueprints. We are currently seeking both manual and robotic welders of all skill-sets. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Setup, adjust, and operate welding equipment as specified by the WPS Examine welds for correct size and location with conformance to blueprint requirements Remove and/or repair existing welds to meet quality acceptance criteria Ability to layout, position, and fixture work pieces together consistently Perform welds in any position using GMAW welding process Tack assemblies together so that tacks are consumed by welds.
Inspect weld size and location, and verify critical dimensions with the use of blueprints. Setup equipment, select welding
gas and filler material, and adjust amperage and polarity for use with various base metals. Review WPS to determine equipment settings, and apply knowledge of GTAW welding process.
Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training and one to two years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment. Must pass SCC pre-employment weld and math test. Ability to read and interpret documents such as layouts, moderately complex blueprints, weld symbols and/or specifications, sketches. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, and circumference. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
and geometry. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Requires the ability to operate various equipment to include welding equipment, forklift, hoists, riggings, and various hand and power tools. Must have mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems with welding equipment. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
