facility. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Must have mechanical and electrical knowledge to keep the production equipment operational. Mentor machine operators and assist in product changeovers. This position has responsibility for Food Safety and Quality within their influence.

The associate in this job has the responsibility to report, in a timely manner, Food Safety and Quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action on those problems. Perform any other duties as instructed by management. CAPABILITY PROFILE Minimum Qualification/Skills Ability to work overtime and weekends when scheduled -Essential Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules

-Essential Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions-Essential Valid drivers license for types of vehicles to be driven -Essential Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift-Essential Have appropriate eye, hand and foot coordination to properly usevarious equipment and/or tools -Essential Ability to load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 50 pounds -Essential Pass all company testing - Essential Must submit to OSHA Powered Industrial Truck training and passassociated tests -Essential Minimum Experience Must have a minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience and

g. working around moving parts and equipment, which require some safety precautions and/or the use of protective safety equipment May be exposed to hazardous materials Moving mechanical parts Noise levels that require the use of hearing protection Temperature and wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions and vibration Oil and grease used on machine parts for lubrication.

Frequent exposure to high, precarious places and risk of electrical shock. Allergens related to any food products related to product which may be in production. Must wear personal protective equipment as required within your facility in the appropriate designated areas. Must require compliance with OSHA regulations or SDS standards.
