The Industrial Engineer Intern will work within the Industrial Engineering group to improve the processes used to produce Ditch Witch products. This position is located at the corporate facilities in Perry, OK. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible
for: Assist with the documentation of the current facility layout. Participate in the physical construction of work cells and warehouse areas to implement improvements to the processes.
Conduct time studies using video equipment. Create layout proposals for new and/or existing areas to create or improve the safety and efficiency of the process. Work closely with other areas in production and support as needed to assist in completion of projects. What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Junior or Senior student working toward a BS in Industrial Engineering at an ABET accredited university. Knowledge or experience with
Auto CAD is a plus. Understanding of Lean Principles is recommended.
